Initial Evaluation & Treatment
Let’s get started!
- Consists of 1:1 time with Dr. Jameson for a thorough evaluation of your primary mobility concern to determine sources and contributing factors of your movement dysfunction and discuss your treatment plan
- Initial treatment will be incorporated into this session as well
- 60 – 90 Minutes per Session
Follow-Up Session
Ongoing Support.
- Consists of 45-60 minute sessions, always 1:1 treatment session with Dr. Jameson involving individualized interventions, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, neuromuscular re-education, functional movement analysis and movement re-training tailored to address your specific needs
- The aim of treatment is to eliminate your pain then determine and treat the route cause of your symptoms. Once the fire is put out, the ultimate goal is to provide corrective exercise prescription in order to achieve YOUR optimal physical performance and prevent recurrence of symptoms
- 45-60 Minutes per Session
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- The Mobility Doctor is a fee-for-service practice requesting payment made at time of services rendered. We do not bill insurance but, upon request, can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for any available reimbursement
- Accepting: Cash, check, HSA, credit, (cards have a 2.85% processing fee)
- You are responsible for understanding your insurance benefits
- 24-hour cancellation / no-show policy: If you need to make changes to your appointment or cancel, please let Dr. Jameson know 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged in full for your appointment

**The Mobility Doctor is not affiliated with Medicare and only provides non-medically necessary services to Medicare recipients, therefore you will not be able to submit to Medicare for reimbursement. If you are a Medicare recipient and are unsure if you require medically necessary physical therapy services, please don’t hesitate to call to discuss your options**
